Bill also works with individual clients in the areas of tax planning and preparation, as well as general consulting on personal finance matters.    Bill works with a diverse business clientele from contractors to health care providers to professional service practices. Bill works with business clients on a variety of financial, operational and management issues.     Bill is a graduate of Northeastern University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and was Certified as a Public Accountant in 1990. Bill is a member to the Burlington Business Round Table, the Bedford Chamber of Commerce, and The American Institute of Individual Investors.
